🧘♀️ Join our community-based "Stretch & Breathe" classes at St Christopher's Community Eldercare in Blenheim. These peer-led sessions are specifically designed for men and women over 65 to improve balance, leg strength, flexibility and mobility.
Class Details:
- Every Wednesday from 10:00am - 11:00am
- Only $3 per class
- Suitable for all mobility levels
- Uses stretchy bands and balls for effective exercises
- Tea and social time following each session
