πͺ Leisurelys Strength Class offers a complete body workout designed specifically for active seniors. Using free weights and bodyweight exercises in a fun, social environment, our qualified instructor Deni Zawalski will guide you through proper techniques for a safe and effective session.
This class is ideal for over 65s with good mobility and fitness levels. You'll need to move independently between standing and floor positions and have good balance to participate fully.
- Cost: $8 casual visit or $55 for a 10-visit pass
