Keep on Your Feet: A variety of seated and standing exercises to music designed to improve strength and balance. Our sessions include cardio, weight training, and brain games in a fun, supportive setting. Perfect for older adults, those less agile, and beginners. Suitable for people with limited mobility and reasonable mobility. $8 per class. Plenty of free parking on site at Shiloh Baptist Church, Papamoa Beach.
What to expect: You'll enjoy a mix of seated and standing exercises set to upbeat music in a social, welcoming environment. Each session incorporates hand weights, body weight exercises, and resistance bands to challenge your body and mind, improving stability and strengthening muscles.
