๐ช Join our fun 45-minute Strength & Balance classes specially designed for the 60+ community at Fastlane Fitness in Hamilton. With both seated & standing options available, these classes help maintain your independence, improve overall fitness, and increase confidence in a supportive environment.
Classes are suitable for those with reasonable to good mobility, led by certified instructor Kelly Thorburn. Small group sessions ensure personal attention while you build strength using bodyweight exercises, light weights, and resistance bands.
Location: Fastlane Fitness, 800 Victoria Street, Hamilton Central
Cost: $8 casual or $7 concession (non-members welcome)
What to bring: Comfortable clothes and snug-fitting sneakers or shoes
