🌹 North Shore CMA (Companionship & Morning Activities for Seniors) welcomes adults aged 65+ to join our friendly weekly gatherings at The Rose Centre in Belmont, Auckland. Our programme is specifically designed for seniors with limited mobility who may use walking aids or feel unsure about physical activities.
