Senior Swans® Ballet Class 💃 - Level 3

Join our "No Jumps, more stretches" ballet class designed specifically for active seniors at Dance for Life Academy in Onehunga. This gentle yet effective class strengthens and stretches the legs, improves balance, and teaches graceful, musical movement.

This Level 3 class is ideal for those with good mobility, fitness, and confidence in physical activities.

No previous ballet experience is necessary to join our Senior Swans® program. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement is recommended, along with soft ballet slippers or similar footwear.
