These circuit-focused classes help increase mobility and strength, supporting seniors to maintain independence and quality of life. Perfect for anyone 55 and over, regardless of fitness level.
Class Schedule:
- Tuesday - 10:30am
- Thursday - 10:30am
- Friday - 10:30am
- Friday Beginners Class - 9:15am (ideal for less mobile or new participants)
Location: Wanderers Community Gym, 12 Charlotte Lane, Brightwater
Cost: Just $2 koha per class
