👵 Steady As You Go (SAYGO) is a specialist fall prevention programme for seniors aged 65+ in the Whanganui region. Our weekly classes help improve balance, strength, and confidence through peer-led exercises suitable for all mobility levels.

Classes are available across Whanganui, Marton, Huntersville, Ohakune, Raetihi & Bulls, with our Durie Hill location being convenient for local participants. Whether you use a walking aid or are already physically active, our inclusive programme has something for everyone.
