Steady As You Go (SAYGO) Classes at Te Tūhunga Rau 🧘‍♀️ 🦵 💪

Join our beginner-friendly exercise sessions designed to improve leg strength and balance. Each class runs for approximately one hour and includes a combination of sitting, standing and walking exercises perfect for those starting their fitness journey or wanting to maintain mobility.

  • Suitable for: Complete beginners and those with limited to reasonable mobility
  • Location: Te Tūhunga Rau, 108 Strathmore Avenue, Strathmore Park, Wellington
