Satyananda Yoga for Gentle Movement and Relaxation

Whether you're new to yoga or just dipping your toes in, this class is a welcoming place to start. Satyananda Yoga is a gentle type of yoga that fits all ages and fitness backgrounds. You'll join a small group at Richmond Town Hall in Richmond, Tasman, where everyone practices together in a supportive way.

The session mixes postures, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra to boost your overall well-being. It helps with strength and balance, while improving mobility and focus too. Geared towards older adults, it's open to anyone 65 or older—or 55 or older for Māori and Pasifika folks—who can safely take part.
