💪 Prost-FIT classes are specifically designed for men living with prostate cancer. Our supportive programme offers both physical benefits and camaraderie through shared experiences with others on similar journeys.
Classes are available at two difficulty levels:
- For those with limited mobility, reduced strength or who feel unsure about physical activity
- For those with reasonable mobility who feel comfortable doing physical activities
