Join our small group Strength & Balance exercise sessions at Focused Physio in Otorohanga. Led by qualified physiotherapists, these classes help improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and boost your confidence in movement. 💪 🧘‍♀️

Our classes are suitable for those with limited mobility or reasonable mobility, with exercises tailored to your individual needs and capabilities. Maximum 6 participants per class ensures personalized attention.
