Parkinson’s specific exercise will teach you how to move with amplitude, power and speed in everyday tasks so that you can get back to doing the things you enjoy.

What to expect

The PD Move It! Exercise programme involves assessment sessions with a Neurological Physiotherapist, appropriate exercise sessions and reassessments along the way.

What to bring and wear

At a PD Move It! class you should expect to work. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and layers if you are prone to overheating. Wear supportive footwear such as trainers. We suggest you bring a water bottle and a towel.
