Holly Moss is an experienced yoga teacher and nutritionist with a passion for senior wellness. Beyond her community classes, Holly teaches in retirement villages and private homes. She is the founder of the Devonport-based nutrition clinic, "The Food Pharmacy," and the author of the book, Chair Yoga and Nutrition for Seniors.
