🪑 💪 🎵 Join us for Noho Pakari SitFit Movement Class at Holy Trinity Church Hall in Picton! This unique Kaupapa Māori fitness programme welcomes everyone to enjoy a blend of sitting (or standing) exercises combined with Waiata and Karakia.
Our inclusive classes feature:
