Never2Old Gym+ ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ช is our specialised exercise programme designed specifically for active Kiwis aged 60 and over. At AUT Gym in Northcote, our friendly team provides you with easy-to-follow exercises that help maintain your independence and active lifestyle.

This class offers:

  • Suitable for: Level 2 (reasonable mobility) and Level 3 (good mobility) participants
  • Location: AUT Gym, 90 Akoranga Drive, Northcote, Auckland
  • Cost: $7.50 per session
