Neuro Connection: Post-Stroke & Neurological Rehabilitation  

At Neuro Connection, clients take part in small group rehabilitation sessions designed specifically for people living with post-stroke and neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Our programmes focus on improving movement, coordination, strength, and confidence to support everyday independence and help build skills progressively over time.

We work with a wide range of abilities—from those with limited mobility or who use walking aids, through to people with higher levels of independence and fitness.

Each client begins with an individual assessment to ensure they are placed in the most suitable group for their needs, allowing for the right balance of challenge and support. Our small group setting also fosters a strong sense of connection, helping clients feel supported, motivated, and part of a community.

Based in Henderson, West Auckland, Neuro Connection provides long-term, low-cost rehabilitation with a focus on maintaining function, building confidence, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
