πͺ Mature and Motivated is a fun, social low impact fitness class perfect for improving heart health, strength and balance. The session includes Pilates elements with gentle movement, combining both strengthening and stretching exercises through standing and mat work.
This class is suitable for those with reasonable to good mobility β perfect if you can move around without difficulty and have average to good strength, balance and confidence in physical activities.
