💪 Join our comprehensive Mat Pilates classes at Active+ Albany, designed for all fitness levels. Classes focus on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance while reducing injury risk and chronic pain.

Led by experienced physiotherapist Alysha Scott, these one-hour sessions take place in our purpose-built Pilates studio. Maximum class size of 12 ensures personalised attention.

  • Floor-based exercises targeting core strength while working your entire body
  • Helps reduce back, shoulder, knee, wrist and hip pain
