Experience effective, gentle exercise in our warm 28Β°C lap pool at Greerton Aquatic & Leisure Centre. Our supportive instructors offer two class styles suitable for all fitness levels - from beginners to active exercisers.
π Aqua Fit - Medium-intensity introduction to water exercise
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 9:15am
π Aqua Blast - Higher-intensity challenge for those wanting more
Tuesday 6:15pm & Friday 9:15am
Both classes use water resistance and foam weights for a complete, joint-friendly workout that improves strength, fitness and mobility. No swimming ability required - exercises take place in shallow water.
