Description of LET’S MOVE & GET STRONG

A supportive, community based feel good fitness class designed to help you stay active, steady and strong. This music powered one-hour session combines movement with and without chairs, balance work and gentle strength exercises using light weights, resistance bands and more to target key muscle groups that support everyday life.

Expect plenty of variety, supportive progression, and great music to keep the energy up and the fun flowing from start to finish. Low impact. With mature movers in mind this class is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness. Please book a spot by texting Miranda.
