๐Ÿ’ช Be Strong, Be Fit & Be Stable - A friendly, accessible fitness class catering to all abilities in Te Rapa, Hamilton. Whether you need to sit or prefer to stand, enjoy music, exercise and great company in a lovely village environment.

This 45-minute class incorporates:

  • Equipment like balls, weights and bands
  • Exercises to improve strength, balance and mobility
  • Move-to-music components
  • Small class size perfect for beginners
