๐ช Be Strong, Be Fit & Be Stable - A friendly, accessible fitness class catering to all abilities in Te Rapa, Hamilton. Whether you need to sit or prefer to stand, enjoy music, exercise and great company in a lovely village environment.
This 45-minute class incorporates:
- Equipment like balls, weights and bands
- Exercises to improve strength, balance and mobility
- Move-to-music components
- Small class size perfect for beginners
