🧘‍♀️ Yoga for EveryBODY is a supportive and welcoming chair yoga session at Glenfield Senior Citizens Club. Perfect for all fitness levels, we use chairs and other props when needed to make yoga accessible to everyone.

This inclusive class is designed for:

  • Level 1: Those with limited mobility who use walking aids or have reduced strength and balance
  • Level 2: People with reasonable mobility who can walk unassisted and have average strength
  • Level 3: Participants with good mobility, fitness levels, and confidence in physical activities
