π§ββοΈ Steady As You Go is a gentle exercise class focused on improving strength and balance for seniors. With a mix of seated, standing and walking exercises, this supportive class helps participants gain confidence and improve stability in their daily activities.
This class is suitable for those with limited mobility or reasonable mobility.
