💧 Hydro Tonic is our most gentle water-based fitness class designed specifically for older adults or those with limited mobility. In our warm 33-34°C hydrotherapy pool, enjoy gentle functional movements that improve mobility, flexibility, strength and coordination while incorporating tai chi and yoga principles.

This Level 1 low-intensity class focuses on total wellbeing and enhances quality of life in a supportive environment. Perfect for making new friends while improving your fitness!

  • Suitable for: Older adults who enjoy water-based exercise (Level 1 - limited mobility)
  • What to bring: Swimming gear, towel and water bottle
  • Cost: $15 casual per class or membership options available
