π§ββοΈ Join our weekly Steady As You Go class at St James Presbyterian Church in South Dunedin - a gentle, physiotherapy-based strength and balance programme perfect for seniors and those with limited mobility.
This friendly, one-hour class includes seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders. Developed by Margaret Dando QSM and Age Concern Otago, our programme is specially designed to improve balance, prevent falls, and boost confidence in a supportive environment.
