Description of Gentle Balance & Strength Class | Wanaka Age Concern

🧠 Join our Steady As You Go class at St John Wanaka - a gentle, physiotherapy-based strength and balance programme specifically designed for those with limited mobility or anyone wanting to improve their stability.

This friendly, weekly one-hour class includes seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders. Perfect for seniors or those recovering from illness, surgery or injury.
