🧠Join our weekly Steady As You Go class at Waihola Community Centre - a gentle, physiotherapy-based programme specifically designed for those with limited mobility who want to improve strength and balance in a supportive environment.
This friendly, one-hour class includes seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders. Perfect for seniors or anyone looking to regain confidence in movement after illness, surgery, or injury.
