All exercises are adaptable to individual capabilities, making this class perfect for anyone who has recently completed physiotherapy, is recovering from surgery or injury, or simply wants to improve their stability.

Classes are primarily designed for those aged 65+ but welcome anyone at risk of falling. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes, and bring a water bottle. Rest breaks are encouraged whenever needed.
