Join our weekly gentle strength and balance exercises at Māori Hill Community Centre. This physiotherapy-based class is perfect for seniors and those with limited mobility seeking to improve stability and strength in a supportive environment. 🧘♀️
Led by trained Peer Leaders under the Steady As You Go programme developed by Margaret Dando QSM, each one-hour session includes seated, standing and walking exercises designed to enhance your balance and mobility.
