π§ Steady As You Go is a gentle, physiotherapy-based strength and balance programme designed for those with limited mobility. Join our friendly, weekly one-hour class at The Long Beach Hall featuring seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders.
This supportive class is perfect if you're recovering from illness or surgery, use a walking aid, or simply want to improve your balance and mobility in a safe environment.
