π§ββοΈ Steady As You Go is a gentle, physiotherapy-based strength and balance programme designed for seniors and anyone with limited mobility. Join our friendly, supportive weekly class at Kaikorai Bowling Club where trained Peer Leaders guide you through seated, standing and walking exercises to improve stability and confidence.
This 1-hour session is particularly suitable for those using walking aids, recovering from illness or surgery, or anyone feeling unsure about physical activities. Each $3 class offers a comprehensive workout focused on improving your balance and preventing falls in a social, welcoming environment.
