The group meets every Monday evening in Grey Lynn. Sessions follow a consistent structure that begins with warm-up exercises, moves into core aikido techniques, and finishes with weapons familiarisation using bokken or jo when appropriate. Everyone works at their own level, making the class suitable for complete newcomers and long-term students returning after a break.
