Our classes cater to all fitness levels with three difficulty options:
- Level 1: Perfect for those with limited mobility, using walking aids, or feeling unsure about physical activities
- Level 2: Suitable for reasonable mobility, average strength and those comfortable with physical activity
- Level 3: Designed for those with good mobility, fitness levels, and confidence in physical activities
