πͺ Gentle chair yoga classes perfect for those who find it difficult to get on and off the floor. Sessions combine seated and standing poses (with chair support) to improve flexibility, posture, strength and balance.
This welcoming class is suitable for beginners and those with limited mobility. We focus on mindful movement using a chair for support, avoiding pretzel poses or inversions. Each session includes breathing exercises and relaxation techniques for overall wellbeing.

- Entry: $5 per class (first trial class free)
- Duration: One hour

What to bring: Comfortable clothing you can move in. No mats needed! Barefoot is ideal, or wear grippy socks/flat shoes.
Classes run throughout the year (including school holidays), with a short summer break. Ramp access available.
