Chair yoga with Holly Nourish your mind and your body
What to expect
Seated yoga, moving mindfully with the breath, bringing attention to all parts of the body from the fingers to the toes. We use the chair to feel safe and secure and for support whilst standing. Each class encompasses mindful movements, meditation and relaxation.

Holly is an experienced yoga teacher and nutritionist. She also teaches chair yoga in retirement villages and in people’s private homes. She has a nutrition clinic in Devonport called “The Food Pharmacy”, see her website: www.thefoodpharmacy.co.nz. Holly has also written a book called “Chair Yoga and Nutrition for seniors”.
