🧠 👵 🧘‍♂️ Join our Active Seniors group exercise class at The Y Mount Albert Community and Leisure Centre! Perfect for over 60s, this class focuses on functional, easy-to-follow exercises suitable for those with reasonable to good mobility.

Our welcoming sessions are specially designed for seniors who:

  • Can walk without assistance
  • Move around with relative ease
  • Have average to good strength and balance
  • Feel comfortable participating in physical activities
