Growing Younger Strength & Balance 💪 classes are specially designed for active individuals over 40 who want to build strength and improve balance through targeted exercises. Using resistance bands and bodyweight movements, we focus on functional training that translates to real-life strength. Level 2 difficulty means these classes are suitable for those with reasonable mobility who feel comfortable with physical activity.
