Established in 1984, our group of 70 members—primarily woodturners, with some carvers and other wood crafters—shares a common goal: to create memorable items from the diverse range of native and exotic timbers found in New Zealand. Our club is open to both men and women, welcoming all skill levels. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, we provide a space to hone your craft through monthly meetings, demonstrations, and hands-on learning. Held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7pm in Hamilton, these gatherings are a chance to showcase recent work, receive constructive feedback, and connect with like-minded individuals who share your dedication to woodworking.
