Club Activities and Membership Options

At Titahi Bay Tennis Club, there’s something for everyone. Our social club days, held on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 8pm and Sunday afternoons from 1pm to 5pm, are a highlight for many members, offering a relaxed atmosphere to play and connect with others of all skill levels. For competitive spirits, we have keen senior and junior interclub teams ready to represent the club. We also cater to varied schedules and needs with midweek membership options, student memberships, and a dedicated junior coaching programme. Between August and September, adult beginners can take advantage of tailored coaching sessions to kickstart their tennis journey. Junior sessions run Monday to Friday from 3pm to 5pm, with additional coaching on Tuesdays from 5pm to 8pm and Sundays from 9am to 12pm. Midweek players can access the courts Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, though please note that during winter, operations depend on weather conditions, and we close during school holidays or if it’s very cold or wet.

Subscription Details

Joining our tennis club in Wellington is straightforward with a range of subscription options to suit different age groups and playing preferences. Seniors (18+) can join for $220, while Super Seniors (65+) and midweek players pay $145. Students aged 18–22 in full-time education also enjoy a rate of $145. For younger members, juniors (7–17) pay $120, and peewees (5–6) just $65. Families of three or more, including at least one adult, benefit from a generous 20% discount.
