With eight acrylic courts, five of which are lit for evening sessions, we provide ample opportunities for play at any time. Whether you're picking up a racquet for the first time or competing at a high level, our club offers a variety of programmes to suit your needs. From junior coaching on Wednesday and Friday afternoons to senior group sessions on Monday and Thursday evenings, there’s something for everyone. Plus, enjoy club nights on Wednesdays at 7pm and Fridays at 5pm with two coaches on hand, or join midweek tennis on Tuesdays at 9.30am.

Membership Options for All

At Tawa Tennis Club, we believe in making tennis accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a range of membership options tailored to different age groups and needs. Our membership year runs from 1 September to 31 August, with fees for 2024/25 as follows: Family membership at $455/year, Adult membership at $230/year, Junior (12–17) at $100/year, Junior (11 and under) at $75/year, and a special Gold Card rate for over 65s at $173/year. New members joining after January can also enjoy a reduced cost. Senior members (18 and over) can opt for competitive or recreational play, with access to coaching sessions, interclub teams, and exciting club events. Junior membership, for those under 18 as of 1 December, includes group coaching to help young players develop their skills in a supportive environment.
