Welcome to Taupo Dog Training Club

Here at the Taupo Dog Training Club, we’re passionate about helping dog owners build strong, positive relationships with their pets through professional training. As a dedicated club in the heart of the Waikato region, we specialise in both agility and obedience classes tailored to suit dogs of all ages and skill levels. From beginners just starting out to seasoned competitors, our programmes are designed to challenge and engage. We offer basic and intermediate classes for puppies, as well as agility sessions for dogs aged 18 months and older, held every Thursday. All dogs must be registered with TDC, vaccinated within the past 12 months, and at least two weeks clear of their last parvo shot to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Conveniently based at Centennial Drive in Tauhara, Taupō, our club is a central hub for dog owners across the Waikato area. Taupō is known for its stunning natural landscapes and pet-friendly community, making it the perfect backdrop for outdoor training sessions. Whether you’re a local or travelling from nearby towns, our accessible location ensures you can join our approximately 10-week training terms with ease. Our venue provides ample space for agility courses and obedience exercises, creating an ideal setting for both dogs and handlers to learn and grow together.
