Running and Walking Groups

Our running group is the heartbeat of the club, organising weekly Saturday morning runs along the scenic Rainbow Falls track. These outings not only build endurance but also showcase Northland's stunning natural landscapes. Complementing the runners, our walking group offers a gentler pace for those easing into activity, promoting health and enjoyment without the intensity. Both groups welcome all fitness levels, making it easy for the local community to get active and explore together.

Cycling Section

The cycling group brings energy to Sunday mornings with rides of up to 20 participants starting around 7.30am from the police station. These road bike outings cover varied terrains, providing challenging yet rewarding experiences for cyclists of all abilities. As a key part of our multisports offerings, the cycling section encourages endurance building and camaraderie, helping members push their limits while enjoying the fresh Northland air.
