Our Location in Porirua City Centre

Our club is conveniently located in the heart of Porirua City Centre, Wellington, making it easily accessible for locals and visitors alike. Situated at 1 Lodge Place, Porirua 5022, we meet on the lower floor of the Porirua Club, providing a comfortable and familiar venue for our weekly sessions. Wellington’s vibrant community spirit shines through in Porirua, and we’re thrilled to be part of this dynamic region. Our central location ensures that whether you’re a resident or just passing through, joining our indoor bowling club is a breeze.

When and How to Join Us

We play during the winter season, starting late February and running through to early October. Our regular sessions are held every Monday from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm, offering a great way to kick off your week with some friendly competition or casual play. All you need to bring is a pair of soft, flat-soled shoes, as bowls are provided for your convenience. It’s an excellent opportunity to meet new friends and become part of a supportive community. Our membership fees are affordable, with an annual subscription of $30, plus a small $2 fee for each week of attendance. This makes it easy for anyone to join and enjoy the benefits of indoor bowls in Wellington.
