With options for seated or standing participation, you'll enjoy improved balance, greater flexibility, increased fitness and a stronger, toned body.This class welcomes all fitness levels - whether you have limited mobility, average fitness, or are already quite active. Christine Reil creates a non-judgmental space where everyone can participate at their own pace.
