Gymsports levels cater to varying abilities: Iron and Bronze on Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm; Silver on Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm; and Gold and Elite on Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm plus Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Teen Gym provides a dedicated space on Saturdays from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
