We cater to a variety of disciplines at the recreational level, ensuring activities are accessible and enjoyable. Our offerings include Mini Movers for preschool children, Gym for All for general gymnastics, Urban Gymnastics encompassing ninja, parkour, and tricking, as well as Trampoline and Tumbling. For those seeking more challenge, our competitive classes in Tumbling and Trampoline provide structured training to help participants progress. Through these programmes, we contribute to the local community's love for physical activity, promoting gymnastics, trampoline, and urban sports as pathways to fitness and personal growth.
