Join Sonya and our lovely ladies for a low impact, active class, moving to music, having fun, and getting better balance at the same time.Chairs will always be there, for support and use as required, as well as "tools" like Resistance Bands, balls, or a "cool" handmade Tool provided by Sonya.No special equipment or prior experience needed—just wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement and flat, supportive footwear. 👟

For those that have done Tai Chi before, This class is following Dr Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Programs and practicing the Yang 24 Form and the Qi Gong 5 Elements.Why try Tai Chi Tahi?
