Seniors DANCE offers classes for over 65's. Classes are taught by professional dance teachers with easy-to-learn movement based on contemporary dance. Seniors DANCE offers a class in Oratia West Auckland led by Christina Houghton, as well as St Lukes which is lead by Susan Jordan. have a look on our web page for other events in the community. www.seniorsdance.nz. Christina also offers Dance Movement Therapy to Seniors who are less able in the community and those looking to reconnect and improves health and well being with her own private practice Dance Move Be Well - Dance Therapy Services. Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) sessions for Health and wellbeing allow for the processing of emotions and physical welbeing. Individual Therapy with Christina is a way to use self relfection and creativity to navigate challenges in life and reconnect with your own body.
