I am Jessie Rose, a dedicated artist specialising in painting and drawing. Following the loss of a loved one in 2015, I embraced the honour of hand-painting caskets and urns through my 'Forever Love Caskets' service, partnering with leading North Island funeral homes to create meaningful tributes. In 2017, I founded 'Inspire' from my studio in Kamo, Whangarei, offering art classes for adults and children aged eight and over. With 13 weekly sessions—including daytime, after-school, and evening options—I nurture creative thinking, build confidence, and celebrate individuality, showing students it's perfectly fine to embrace their uniqueness, just as I do in my own artistic expressions. My boutique store in Kamo showcases original artworks, alongside prints and merchandise derived from my paintings.
